Replying to @unicare1234 The definition for menopause is when our periods stop but for many women who had hysterectomies this is inaccurate because the periods stop but the hormones continue to cycle. This is good for your body as producing #oestrogen and #progesterone is helpful for our bodies but it makes it very difficult to track where you are at in the perimenopause journey and when you have actually reached menopuase. I know it's frustrating! It would be helpful for the definition of menop
