INGREDIENTS: Chicken bone-in (I used 3 leg quarters) 2 liters of water (about 8 cups) 1 whole onion cut in half or quarters Half a bulb of garlic smashed 2 carrots cut in half 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp peppercorn 3 bay leaf 1 tbsp chicken bouillon (I know we’re making broth 🫣 but this dish tastes so much better with added bouillon) Salt and pepper
